This was an interesting trip since not many people would talk about visiting Talling Estonia if you not from neighborhood countries around Estonia. I choose to stay in old town Tallinn. I just had to smile to myself when I first entree into my hotel room. It was like a doll room size! It was cute and the bed size was small which I felt like I was living a little girl dream in my toy house or so but I love the vibe of the old building and big glass window where I coul sit and chill by the window.

In old town Tallinn is not too big to spend a day to explore. I love little alley around old town and the street in old town are all made of bricks and they stayed in a good shape. There are a lot of building in Old Town that seems like it was about to fall apart. it was really old. The building had the mix between wood and congreed. That made Old Town Tallinn interesting. It was kind of old and homie to me. I enjoyed walking through alleys where they have nice estonian restaurants and great fine pastry place. I love the decoration from all the restaurants here. There were very classy, authentic, warm and welcoming. I had wonderful and delicious meal here, especially simple thing they served with all meal which was white bread. I had the best white bread here in Tallinn. It was soft, fresh, light and they only served warm bread here.

It was really the best of all white bread. They eat a lot of pork here. I really love the cripsy pork ear and blood sausage also the famous dish was the pork knee, somehow I could not get enough of the crispy pork ears. I have to say it was the best pork ears of all places I had ever had of the pork ears so far. It was not greasy at all and they served with homemade cream garlic sauce. I enjoyed the Estonian cuisine a lot. It is a small town here but resturants quality here in Tallinn is amazing and I can compare to the famous cities in Europe. I also had a chace to eat an exotic dish like Kuru bear and fermented fish here. It was such a great experienced to be able to discory new cuisine from the whole new level and most importantly. It was delicious!

I really enjoyed walking through little alleys around Old Town and on the east corner of Toompea hill sits quite a spacious viewing platform with unforgettable views to the Medieval neighbourhood against the backdrop of its more modern district. From here you can see most of the Tallinn's spires, even the highest of them the Tallinn TV Tower at the distance. I also love checking out some stuff around town hall square markets. I love going into authentic souvanier shops where they sales medieval stuff like shoes, books, tools and interesting stuff for home decoration. It was interesting to see that sale persons in soem of these shops wore Medieval outfits which made it's  vive became more interesting.

I assumed that people here seems to love desserts and they are very good at making desserts. I went to some gorgoeus coffee place but usually here they have nice desserts. They all look very beautiful, fresh, creative, artfulness and authentic. I was very surprised since I live in NYC which I have always seen artfulness and creativity from culinary art but here in Tallinn. They look differents and it made me want to try every single of desserts. I even concerned that the decoration of coffee places here are so beautiful, warm, welcoming and classy. I definitely falling in love with it ambienced. I have to say I was very impressed and I had a wonderful times just to chill around in the beuaitufl coffee place, enjoyed a glass of cofee and delicious dessert or a glass of fine wine that served in a beautiful wine glass. This was absolutely classy in every details. I definitely coming back to Tallinn once I have another oppurtunity!

More then just beautiful old town and desserts. I had the best crispy pork ears here. I usually eat pig ears if I see it on the menus anywhere in the world. The crispy pig ears I had it Tallinn was the best one I have had in my life times. It was light, simple, cripsy, earthy and so delicious. I still think about it and it's making me hungry right now. As I know that in Eastern Europe. They eat a lot of pork but I really love all the pork dish here. It was very home cooking, fresh, delicious and I had a great time just to explore and enjoyed Estonian dishes. One more thing about Estonian food that I did some reserach before I came here was the bear dish. Here they have authentic stew bear with cranberry sauc. It was very lean but with a great homemade cranberry sauce on the side was the perfect combination. It was my first time eating stew bear in authantic Estonian style.

Overall Tallinn was a special place to visit. It was quite surprised with it ambienced and culture. I really love the old town part, food, culture and architectures. It was rich in history and where ever I bump into was a relaxing moments and a wonderul moments here in Tallinn.

Old Town Tallinn is one of my favorite city in Eastern Europe. I really love this little Old Town with the enrichment of traditonal Estonian food that can be satisfied my food adventure experienced. I was surprised about quality of the pastry, cafe and restaurants. They are so classy, warm and cozy. It was almost like traveling back in time with the twist of modern. I totally fall in love with this little Old Town that has such a beautiful culture and fine traditional food to offer for travler.
